The way forward for training in Compton, California, seems stronger than ever, with assist from will.i.am. UPROXX Studios’ Chief Visionary Officer attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Compton’s new Centennial Excessive College earlier this month; it should home greater than 1,000 college students. Additionally in attendance: rappers Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre, who each attended Centennial Excessive College, and U.S. Rep Maxine Waters.
“We’re going to construct jobs, careers, and industries with this know-how as a result of we all know the issues which have by no means been solved,” will.i.am stated in the course of the ceremony.
