So far as Marvel comedian e-book historical past is anxious, and regardless of how widespread he’s been as a personality for the final three many years, Daredevil has by no means managed to interrupt by means of and into the identical upper-echelon stratosphere that the Marvel Comics’ holy trinity—Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Hulk—have constantly resided in.
That mentioned, it’s simple how profoundly particular Daredevil is, and Netflix and Disney have lastly been embracing him to the fullest within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s presently believed and/or rumored that Daredevil’s Matt Murdock could have a cameo in Spider-Man: Model New Day, following the character’s incarceration on the finish of Daredevil: Born Once more Season 2.
Nevertheless, whereas it’ll by no means be shocking to see Marvel reap the benefits of Daredevil’s recognition any longer, it’s pretty shocking and refreshing that his latest journey is a team-up with Maya Lopez’s Echo in just a few days from immediately.
As per the official Asmodee web site, a brand-new 276-card enlargement for Marvel Champions: The Card Sport, Concern No Evil, is obtainable to preorder now for $47.99 and facilities round Daredevil and Echo as debut playable heroes, full with their very own prebuilt decks. The enlargement launches on July 24, 2026.
Marvel Champions: The Card Sport’s giant-sized marketing campaign expansions require the Core Set to ensure that them to be functionally playable, and so they’re all extremely dynamic when it comes to the heroes, villains, and eventualities which might be introduced. Marvel Champions: The Card Sport – Concern No Evil options six eventualities and 6 villains, which embody Bullseye, Electro, Hammerhead, Purple Man, Bloody Mary, and Kingpin. Plus, gamers can substitute which iconic Marvel villain they’d wish to deal with in 5 of those six eventualities.
Whereas Daredevil’s MCU outings have largely been favorable, if not extremely acclaimed, the identical can’t be mentioned of Echo, who was handled to a season of TV in her personal titular present (the place Daredevil had one among his many cameos since being inducted into the MCU correct through Spider-Man: No Method Residence). It’s fantastic, then, to see that Marvel hasn’t deserted Echo, and he or she’ll hopefully make a high quality addition to Marvel Champions: The Card Sport in its latest enlargement.
Kingpin is the first villain gamers confront on the finish of Marvel Champions: The Card Sport – Concern No Evil’s marketing campaign, however the order during which gamers battle his “underlings” is interchangeable.
Daredevil additionally solely lastly changing into a playable hero in Marvel Champions: The Card Sport – Concern No Evil is a testomony to how wealthy and meaty the LCG is, whereby it didn’t really feel the necessity to obligatorily embody Daredevil at launch. Slightly, having Echo as a playable character now, seven years after this Marvel card recreation was launched (and with out something within the MCU to synergize with, both) ought to make for a wonderful enlargement.
Marvel Champions: The Card Sport – Concern No Evil is scheduled to be launched on July 24, 2026.’
