On some stage, there had been strain all week for Marvel to drag out all of the stops for its Comedian-Con presentation. And with a checkered slate since 2019’s mega-event Avengers: Endgame, the corporate wanted to point out that Doomsday isn’t a grasp at previous glories. And whereas not indicative of future high quality, Saturday’s panel demolished any negativity from days prior.

Along with the large information drops and the sheer power of actors, it was an enormous spectacle with mild exhibits and pop music. And, oh sure, costumes. There was footage of Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and Patrick Stewart’s Prof. X. Cebulski for his work and giving a shout out for the brand new chief, Stephen Wacker.

“With out the comics, no MCU, no motion pictures, no TV exhibits, no animation,” Feige stated. “Nothing.”
