The-Dream, the Beyoncé and Rihanna hitmaker who’s being sued by a former collaborator alleging rape, sexual battery, and intercourse trafficking, has confirmed his comeback with a brand new album. (The-Dream has denied the allegations within the 2024 lawsuit.) The-Dream’s personal label, Radio Killa, and the Common imprint Republic will launch the sequel to his 2007 album Love/Hate on July 10. Amongst these on the Love/Hate II visitor record are Pusha T, Swizz Beatz, T.I., Kelly Rowland, Rick Ross, and, on a single launched as we speak referred to as “Tampa,” Usher.
The-Dream introduced his return in Might in a wide-ranging interview with Selection that made no point out of the allegations or ongoing lawsuit. The case, introduced by the Dutch singer and songwriter Chanaaz Mangroe following months of alleged abuse within the mid 2010s, stays lively in California’s District Courtroom, with the-Dream’s authorized crew submitting orders as not too long ago as final week, requesting a deadline extension to assemble proof.
